I have been teaching movement, posture work, breath and meditation, for over 20 years. I have worked primarily with women in the areas of relieving and releasing pain, pelvic health and preparing for and recovering from birth. We do so by uncovering root energetic causes and stories and then create a pathway for the experience or belief to be expressed and come to completion in the body, therefore healing the nervous system response. This brings awareness to the breath, movement and postural patterns that cause pain and perpetuate the sub-optimal function of the nervous system.
