Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Root Method. Because our offerings include digital content, educational materials, live experiences, mentorship, and retreats, all purchases are generally considered final.

No Refunds

The Root Method does not generally offer refunds.

By purchasing a course, membership, mentorship, workshop, retreat, or other offering, you acknowledge that you are making a commitment to the offering and that payment is generally non-refundable.

Please review the details of an offering carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a particular offering is right for you, we encourage you to reach out before completing your purchase.

Credits May Be Considered

While refunds are not generally available, The Root Method may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward another Root Method offering in exceptional or individual circumstances.

Credits are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. A credit may be subject to limitations, expiration dates, or other conditions communicated at the time it is offered.

A request for a credit does not create an entitlement to a refund or credit.

Memberships

Membership payments are generally non-refundable. If your membership is recurring, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation terms provided with your membership.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generally result in a refund or partial refund for a payment that has already been processed.

Courses and Digital Offerings

Purchases of courses, recordings, digital materials, and other digital offerings are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

This applies regardless of whether you have accessed or completed the available material.

Mentorship, Workshops & Live Offerings

Payments for mentorship, workshops, live programs, and other reserved services are generally non-refundable.

Because these offerings involve reserved time, preparation, access, or limited availability, failure to attend or participate does not generally entitle you to a refund.

Where appropriate, an individual credit or alternative arrangement may be considered at The Root Method's discretion.

Retreats

Retreat payments and deposits are generally non-refundable because retreat spaces involve advance commitments, reservations, staffing, accommodations, and other expenses.

Any retreat-specific cancellation, transfer, or credit terms provided at the time of registration will apply to that particular retreat.

Technical or Access Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased digital offering, please contact us so that we can make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Technical support or restoration of access does not constitute a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that circumstances can change. If an unusual or significant circumstance arises, you are welcome to contact us.

While we cannot promise a refund, we may consider an individual credit or alternative arrangement based on the circumstances.

Any exception we make is discretionary and does not alter this general policy or create an obligation to make the same exception in the future.
