The world famous Pilates repertoire layered over a deeper awareness of the nervous system, sacred energetics of the core, pelvic floor & somatic mechanics. Amalia is a Master Pilates Master Instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. She created the Root Method Mat Pilates Certification because she wanted to be a part of the evolution that she wants to see in the industry. The certification includes 12 hours of pre-recorded videos plus hours of additional video resources to support your learning process. During each annual cohort there will be 4 weekly, virtual, live and recorded Q&A gatherings plus a 1 hour, individual test out with Amalia, in which you will receive personal feedback and insights.
